PICKUPS & SHIPPING OPTIONS

Pickups in JAPAN

JAPAN: Our JCB Kyoto suburb warehouse is open for pickups of your online order. All retail orders must be placed online – no walk-ins.

  • Our regular pickup hours are Tuesday-Friday 8am-2pm and Saturday 8am-noon. Closed Sundays & Mondays.
  • You will receive an additional email once your plants are ready to be picked up. Orders must be picked up within one month.

Pickups in UNITED KINGDOM

UK: Our JCB warehouse is open for pickups of your online order. All retail orders must be placed online – no walk-ins.

  • Our regular pickup hours are Tuesday-Friday 8am-2pm and Saturday 8am-noon. Closed Sundays & Mondays.
  • You will receive an additional email once your plants are ready to be picked up. Orders must be picked up within one month.

Shipping in UNITED STATES

USA: We will ship to you from Japan or from U.K. You cannot pick up all species. Some states do not allow shipping trees.

 

Shipping Options

We ship most plant orders anywhere in the contiguous United States where it is legally viable. Orders, once processed and packed up, will ship to you quoted on a case by case basis. Orders cannot be cancelled or adjusted after you receive your shipping confirmation email and agreed to shipping.

Please keep your location’s temperature in mind when placing an order, especially if your package will need to sit outside once it is delivered. If your package will need to sit outside for an extended period of time in extreme temperatures, please consider using a different shipping address or waiting until the weather is better suited for shipping.

During winter months, we will delay shipping out plants when the temperature is too low to avoid harming the plants during transit. Please keep this in mind if placing a time-sensitive order. Feel free to email us before placing an order if you have any questions.

You should add a heat pack to your order when shipping during cold weather.

If your plant was damaged during transit, please send us an email (with photos) at sales@japancherryblossoms.com so we can get it sorted out.

 

REFUND POLICY

Before requesting a refund, please remember plants come in all shapes and sizes and may look slightly different than the ones pictured.

Online orders: We allow refunds up to 10 days from the date of purchase if plants arrive damaged from the shipping process. Please email to let us know the situation. include photos of the outside of the shipping box, inside the box, and the items shipped.

Wholesale or retail orders picked up at our Japan or UK location: all sales are final.
